In preparation, I’ve been thinking a lot about leadership in today’s context … not really a surprise given this is my life’s work.
But another level of thinking.

This is what I believe. Leaders have a fundamental responsibility:
- to lead, not just hold a place in the organisation chart,
- to be visible in their leadership,
- to be human, and
- to develop more leaders.
I believe true leaders rise in response to the needs of their communities, organisations, and people.
I know we need true leaders now more than ever.
We need Big Leadership.
Leaders with big vision, who challenge the status quo, make bold decisions, and take brave action to create the future.
We need leaders who bring light, hope and humanity through their leadership.
