Merry Christmas. What is Your Big Vision for 2024 and Beyond?

As the year draws to a close and we approach the holidays, I am in wind down mode. I would like to leave you, though, with one thought before the end of 2023.

I believe 2024 will be a foundation year. The year that will be key to setting you up for success in subsequent years. 2025, 2026, 2027. Following downturns there are upturns, and you need to be ready to capitalise on this.

This is a moment in time when you get to influence the future you are creating for yourself, for your tribe, and for your organisation.

I would love for you to ponder this idea over the holiday break. To decide what it is that you are going to create in 2024, to set you up for brilliance in the ensuing years.

Now is the time to future-proof.
