How has your year panned out?
As we get closer and closer to the end, I find myself reflecting on the intentions I had at the beginning of the year. The progress we have made. Our wins. What did not go quite the way we had hoped. And what has changed.
This is also a time of year when I start to get really inspired and creative about next year. I have all of these ideas flowing and I am trying to find the time and space to capture them and to ready them for next year. All while balancing the completion of the things we already have underway this year.
So if you are like me, reflecting on where you are and where you would like to be, and you are also projecting into next year with the vision and strategy and planning that you would like to do, then maybe I can help you out.

You might need to ensure that you finish off the work that has already been started, ensuring you achieve the progress. You know about the 80/20 rule, where at 80% of the effort it sometimes feels like you have not made a lot of progress, and it is the last 20% that really gets you the bulk of the benefit. I do not want to see you miss out on that. Let’s get you set up to finish and complete the things that are important.
Equally though, it is also about setting up for what comes next.
You might need to develop a vision, create a strategy, build a plan, clarify an opportunity, or solve a problem. If you need the space and support to do some of this big leadership thinking, then this is a great opportunity for you. So this is how it works. We start off with a call to explore what you are trying to achieve and decide together whether I can help and how. From there, we book in the time. There is a half day and a full day option to work intensively together. We can do this face-to-face or online, whichever is your preference. Following our time together, there will be 30 days of momentum access to me to ensure you follow through and set up an amazing 2025.
I have said it before, and I will say it again. I believe that 2025 is going to be one of those game changing years. Where you need to lay the foundations for the next decade. This is absolutely critical if you want to remain relevant and current. Be proactive about creating the future.
